Biography

Victoria is our Firm’s newest Paralegal.  Victoria has over five years of experience as a Paralegal, and she assists attorneys at the Firm by providing litigation and transactional support.  In litigation, she assists attorneys during every step of the litigation cycle.  Victoria drafts pleadings and other documents, prepares evidence and exhibits, and handles discovery services.  Her ability to analyze various law sources provides value to our attorneys and our clients.  Victoria supports all aspects of the different cases our Firm handles, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trials.  On transactional matters, Victoria helps the energy law group with title work involved in preparing acquisition, limited leasehold, drilling, and division order title opinions.  She also assists in researching issues, drafting curative documents, and drafting other industry related documents.

Victoria is a Texas Panhandle Paralegal Association (TPPA) member.  She enjoys learning new things, and she prides herself in the work that she does for the Firm and the Firm’s clients.

Victoria enjoys spending time with her family.  Victoria has 4 children who keep her busy with a wide variety of activities that include Cross County, Basketball and Track.  When she isn’t attending functions for her children, she enjoys reading a book and sitting outside on the porch hanging out with her French Bulldog Critter.
